Unique and impressive sculptural studies on graphite paper by Abstract Expressionist sculptor Richard Stankiewicz (1922-1983) who studied in New York with Hans Hofmann. From 1959 until the end of his career Stankiewicz he was represented by the Stable Gallery, New York. Stankiewicz drawings are rarely seen on the market. This is a real find for collectors of his work, and for collectors of original drawings by 20th century sculptors.
