Le Lac des Cygnes is a beautiful original drawing on ivory colored-paper, realized at the end of 1940's by the French artist Jean Target.
A mixed technique on paper (charcoal, watercolor and sanguine pencil, oil pastels)
Signed titles and dated in black oil pastel on lower right margin.
Original Title: Margot Fouleyne et Michael Somes dans le lac des Cygnes (3 ème acte).
The original modern artwork, representing a couple of classical dancer in the famous theatrical ballet hold in London, is realized with a very fresh line.
In very good conditions, except for some signs of the time.
