About the Item
The Day The Earth Stood Still (TDTESS) collection of drawings, wall artworks and installations focuses on images which captured pivotal events that are etched in memory and subconscious, ie. the Moon landing in 1969. On the drawing a very small red pinpoint makes the location of the Apollo13 landing site. I witnessed this event while in Mexico on a 9” B/W TV surrounding by Mexican citizens. We were in awe.
