About

To see our other Commercial Designs - and many original vintage posters too, scroll down to "More from this Seller" and below it click on "See all from this Seller." Anonymous Going South for Sunshine Gouache 30x33cm c. 1930s Sadly the artist is unknown, but this rather good example of commercial artwork cleverly places the images of children playing upon a beach into the silhouette of a railway engine. The period feel is captured, evoking an earlier retro age in a good example of modernism.
