About the Item

Tom Strider lives and works in New Orleans, Louisiana. His work has been shown at The Newark Museum, in Newark, NJ and in New York City at Artists Space, The Drawing Center, Debs & Co., and White Columns. In New Orleans he has exhibited at Staple Goods, the Contemporary Art Center, and the Diboll Gallery of Loyola University. He has received fellowships from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation, The MacDowell Colony, Yaddo, and Fundación Valparáiso.
