“Necessary Risk" is a contemporary landscape painting by Frantz Lexy. Under the blue sky, vast cumulonimbus white clouds tower over a rocky mountain. This 20 x 16 inch painting is rendered in acrylic mediums and is signed on the back of the panel. Through painting, Frantz Lexy explores personal identity, belonging, and humanity’s place in nature and its relationship with technology. Lexy uses personal storytelling as a vehicle to engage contemporary concerns and invites others to find their own narratives through his imagery.
