The textural aerial ocean, beach scene, and ski slopes paintings of Elizabeth Langreiter are a delightful escape from reality into a playful and joyful world. Her mixed-media art often evokes the viewer to experience happy flashbacks to a favorite time or place through a sophisticated combination of pattern, color, and three-dimensional textured umbrellas, towels, waves, or snow along with people enjoying the water or skiers enjoying the slopes.
This original artwork measures 14 inches square. It is wired and ready to hang. The sides of the textured artwork are painted and it does not require framing. Free local Los Angeles area delivery. Driven by a passion to create and spread a bit more joy in the world, Elizabeth calls on her inner child to recreate happy memories of long carefree days growing up in beautiful sunny Australia swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. Her most popular paintings are created with little 3d people who are hand-sculpted on the canvas with many layers of fine, intrinsic detail.
In 2019, Elizabeth exhibited outside of Australia for the first time at the Asia Contemporary Art Show Hong Kong and the Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong, which caused great interest and excitement. Following her success at these shows, Elizabeth was offered a solo exhibition ”Summer is Here” at Jinsan Gallery in Seoul in August 2019 as her first exhibition in Korea and now has an exclusive Korean agent representing her in South Korea. After a highly successful year, Elizabeth is now represented by the leading contemporary art gallery Ode to Art at the Raffles City Complex in Singapore and Artplex Gallery in Los Angeles. Elizabeth’s paintings are now capturing the hearts of collectors all over the world.
