About the Item
Martín Pelenur emulates the delicate nature of human thought through intricate line patterns and geometric forms. In the use of paint and synthetic mediums on paper, he heavily relies on the chemical reactions between each material he uses. Pelenur’s work has been exhibited across Uruguay, Argentina, Germany, and the United States. He has been the subject of international solo and group exhibitions including at the Muso de Arte Contemporáneo de Buenos Aires, Fundación Art Nexus in Bogotá, El Museo Figari in Montevideo and Fundación Sayago & Pardon in Los Angeles.
