Portrait is an original photo of a print on cardboard realized in 1850 ca. by an Anonymous artist. Good conditions, except for some foxings of original print. The artwork represents a the portrait Pio IX, depicted masterly by confident and quick strokes., it is characterized by well-defined hatching in creating the face details masterly. Strong strokes and the feeling of face indicate the mastery of the artist in applying aesthetic features.
