About the Item
Edition of 175 specimens (plus 29 out of commerce) of this important book by Dalì, published by Editions Surréalistes in 1930 and one of the first books to be illustrated by Dalì. It belongs to the "Golden Age" of Surrealism.
It includes an original heliogravure with engraving and 7 black and white plates (photos or heliogravures).
Original red foil covered paper wrapper, restored in the lower part and reassembled.
Number 45/175 on Arches Paper, with original dedication by Dalì "Hommage de l'Auteur" and signature in pen.
Inside excellent conditions, with no foxings and with beards.
