I want to capture the feeling of being in the Icelandic landscape through color and form. Every morning I would wake early to catch the dramatic sunrise over the lake in the small town I was staying in.
About the Artist
Victoria Veedell loves capturing the essence of nature by creating landscapes that are not necessarily seen, but felt. She enjoys traveling and has completed residencies everywhere from India to Japan. When she;s not painting, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring. She finds inspiration in everything she sees, such as the moody and misty qualities of fog.

Los Angeles-based and Armenian-born artist, Vahe Yeremyan, is a contemporary impressionist. Through his landscapes and cityscapes, Vahe uses a subdued color palette to capture the sublime and delicate beauty of nature and architecture. To create his style of impressionism, he juxtaposes shapes and colors to evoke motion and changing light, while still conveying recognizable forms.
