About the Item
This explosive bouquet was created with varying shades of green, turquoise and warm white on a gray background. The varying shades of color give texture and depth to this lovely geometric abstract painting. It is part of my Petal Burst series, an ongoing collection of paintings in an action painting style. My wish with this series is to take my floral abstract landscapes one step further by focussing on flower petals and creating impulsive, gestural and expressive works of art. For the creation of this piece, professional grade acrylics with high quality color pigments and excellent fade resistance were used. The painting is signed on the front, and signed, titled and dated on the back. It measures 30 x 30 x 1.5 and the edges of the canvas are painted white. It will arrive wired and ready to hang on your wall.
