An evening of entertainment at a nightclub in New York inspired by an old family photograph. "This is a portrait of my parents, grandparents, and their friends," shares artist Toni Silber-Delerive. "Tastes and fashions may change, but the most basic of human needs, desires, and dreams are timeless and universal."

Toni Silber-Delerive uses her experience as a graphic designer to create her paintings. She captures day to day suburban scenes from all over the world with paint, flattening the picture plane and reducing details to strong graphic images.
