2019

About the Item

In The Water is an original artwork realized in 2019 by Anastasia Kurakina. Original oil painting on canvas. Signature and date on the back. In excellent conditions. This contemporary beautiful artwork represents a naked figure walking in the water. From his body, musical notes seem to come out that give an almost magical and dreamlike atmosphere to the composition. ANASTASIA KURAKINA was born in 1987 in Moscow (Russia). She studied in Moscow, in Rome and in Paris. At present, she lives and works in Rome. Her psychologically analytical works are a kind of art fables. A simple image or object from life transforms in a metaphora of life itself in her paintings. Her portraits and graphic works are philosophical essence of visible and seeming reality.
