About the Item
Arghya Priya Majumdar - Untitled - 11 x 15 inches (unframed size)
Acrylic on imported paper

Style : In his work he combines real and unreal human forms and in doing so he seeks to express the undercurrents of emotional pettiness, melancholia and mysticism which lingers in the repetitive cycles of daily human rituals.
Through exaggeration and distortion he embellishes the multi-faceted and hidden dimensions which often exist beyond formal or mundane human representation and the superficial aspects prevalent in society.
