Contemporary acrylic on canvas painting by young artist Darya Hancharova. Painting is a depiction of underwater female nude. Color scheme is mostly dark with navy blue with lighter tones of light reflecting in deep water.
DARYA HANCHAROVA (b. 1995)
Darya Hancharova's paintings, graphics, and illustrations were awarded in different art competitions and can be found in many international exhibitions. Her works have been presented in Poland, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Japan, China, Spain, Romania, Croatia, Russia, Brazil, Macedonia, the UAE, and the USA.
''The main subject in my series of graphics and paintings is a Person in a broad sense. Our identity is infinitely complex and diversible, its mosaic structure combining all our relationships, our life experiences, and the world that surrounds us. The enormity of influencing factors often creates the illusion of the changeability of our identity. Nevertheless, expanding knowledge and skills and personal development broaden horizons and enrich a Person, but they do not change the natural, innate, and permanent structure we have.
This phenomenon of constant dynamics, mutual influence, and the strong bond of a Man with the external and internal worlds is the main topic of my art. It is such a captivating, fascinating, and never-ending theme that it gives me the possibility to explore it in different techniques, such as mezzotint and acrylic painting.
I think that one of the most important challenges in life is finding the answer to the question about your own ‘me’. The process of understanding and living in total truth not only helps us to understand and accept each and every person in our lives but also guarantees our happiness.''

The Gallery of Katarzyna Napiorkowska is one of the first private art galleries in Poland. For over 30 years, the gallery has been presenting contemporary paintings, graphics, drawings, and sculptures. Our galleries are located in Warsaw and Brussels. The portfolio of the Gallery includes selected objects of renowned Polish artists. In 2015, our Gallery was awarded the prestigious title of the Ambassador of the Polish Economy in the European Brand category awarded by the Business Center Club.

SHIPMENT
The painting may arrive rolled in a strong tube or a box. Such a transport method is very safe for oversized works and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched by placing canvas onto wood stretcher bars and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival.
