The artist’s specialty consists of calligrams or images created out of text achieved in large part by her fascina&on with drawing. Salas statement is that drawing is a complete art itself and not a procedure. This very limited edition
3 pieces creation represents her interest in paying homage to drawing through calligrams, combined with her passion for marble sculptures. In this case, Giulio Monteverde’s angel sculpture was the reference for the composition of
the delicate range of lights and shadows interpreted by a diverse saturation of patrons/words which correspond to the verses of a poem written by her (in Italian):
