About the Item
"Libra Rising VII" is an original pop art painting by LA-based artist Casey Courey-Pickering aka Hero. Hero’s collection of works focuses on “movement through the spectrum of light, time and space, and what possibilities exist at the intersection of imagination, innovation, and choice.” This work features Sally Kristen Ride's portrait, a famous American Female astronaut. With intensely saturated red, yellow, and black colors, this piece captivates the eyes. In this series, the artist uses diamond dust to create a tantalizing texture that reflects thousands of little sparkles, not unlike our solar system.
We will ship this via standard parcel boxed with internal support to maintain the piece's integrity. The work will be fully insured during shipping.
