Linda Dumont draws upon her childhood experiences in a vibrant and experimental art world to create extraordinary works. Raised in a family with a rich artistic legacy, including renowned artists Joseph Margulies and Mark Rothko as great uncles, Linda Dumont embraced her own unique vision early on.
With a disciplined study of drawing and structure at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University, Dumont developed a mastery of color and a diverse range of artistic styles. Her work, ranging from abstract paintings to representational expressionism, exudes a universal energy that connects viewers to both the artwork and each other.
