It’s difficult to get a proper picture of this one! Her hair is in gold leaf and it shines and shimmers very differently in different light and angles. It’s definitely a contrast to the otherwise muted beige tones and the black.
Original painting. Acrylic and gold leaf on high quality linen canvas stretcher. Finished off with a soft glossy varnish. 70 x 70 cm 27.5 x 27.5 in. The sides are painted and it’s ready to hang, so no additional framing needed.
