A wonderful painting of a beautiful woman in the style of the Pre-Raphaelites.
It is signed Arnhold.
It is in very condition and in the original frame.
Picture Size: 21 x 21" (51 x 51cm)
Outside Frame Size: 31 x 31" (79 x 79cm)
Josef Arnold was born in Vienna in 1823 and died on the 28th April, 1862 in Innsbruck.
The son of Josef Arn(h)old the Elder, they worked closely together on a number of projects.
He specialised in portraits and religious scenes.
