Superbly painted, Modern British oil painting on canvas, depicting this striking surrealist composition painted with wonderfully thick impasto oil paint. The painting dates to the late 20th century. It is signed by its artist, Kate Orr to the lower corner. The artist, who passed away in 2017, used to exhibit with the SoCo Artists, in East Sussex. We have acquired a large number of works by her and look forward to offering them over the coming year.
