Bert Lahr shined in the role of The Cowardly Lion in the Wizard of OZ. Here he is depicted in his comedian's costume which he wears while staring in Jean Dalrymple's production of " Burlesque". Walt Kuhn was an American painter and an organizer of the famous Armory Show of 1913, which was America's first large-scale introduction to European Modernism.
