Colorful 20th Century oil on canvas painting by Polish artist Ewa Bajek. Painting depicts still life with vegetables, animal skull, glass and plants in pots. Colors are vibrant and orange is dominating whole composition. The artwork has interesting perspective. EWA BAJEK (born in 1959) Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, Faculty of Painting in 1986. She is a painter and an illustrator. She organized around 20 individual exhibitions in Poland and abroad. Participated in over 80 group exhibitions. Her works are to be found in private collections in Poland and in the UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Japan, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Italy. Her work is characterized by stark contrasts and color combinations. She usually juxtaposes red, black, blue and yellow.
