Carol O’Malia’s paintings depict ordinary objects, people, and places, and the ephemeral moments that are often overlooked in the rush of our everyday lives. These instants, like heartbeats of time, are anchored and safeguarded with paint onto the canvas. Carol was born in Boston and is a native New Englander. She earned a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and an MFA from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
