Old Friends 2022 Acrylic, Color pencil, on Washi (Japanese handmade paper) over wood panel. Brooklyn-based Japanese artist Masaya Nakayama creates work by wrapping wooden panels with Washi (Japanese handmade paper) followed by “drawing” with a special painter's tape.
