About the Item

August 4, 2017 was a very unstable day in Arizona, and particularly in the Grand Canyon sector where, after a rather overcast start to the morning, the sky quickly cleared to give way to large clearings. Then, as is often the case at this time of year, more unstable clouds began to develop and gain strength. This very isolated storm quickly strengthened to reveal a particularly dense curtain of precipitation and, soon, to hear the first powerful claps of thunder, with very particular echoes in the heart of this unique environment. Then the storm passed. Until the next one. It’s “Monsoon” time here
