Unique Lith Silver Gelatin Print. Signed and dated verso by John Casado. “One indication that we have entered a new era of creativity is the photographs of John Casado. His nudes reveal new attitudes and visions that stamp him firmly as an artist who differs from his predecessors of the past 170 years. During the 1980’s and 1990’s, John Casado’s paintings and photography were exhibited alongside Man Ray, and Jean-Michel Basquiat, in San Francisco, Ca. His work is included in the permanent collections of New Orlean’s Museum of Art, and Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Photography.
Photograph 20 x 16 inches. Image 17 3/8 x 13 7/8. Professionally framed with all archival materials. The moulding is solid ebonized walnut wood. Stunning and sophisticated presentation with an outer dimension of 25 x 21 1/2 inches.
