About the Item
This series of portraits were shot by Richard Heeps whilst he was studying Photography in Northwich. They beautifully capture a time of life. Here they have been compiled together for his 2016 retrospective, representing a portrait of the past.
This artwork is a limited edition of 25, gloss photographic print, dry-mounted to aluminium, it is presented in a museum board white window mount and a choice of black or white box frame. It is signed and numbered on reverse and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Richard Heeps
Richard Heeps’ seductive, highly saturated colours and sophisticated pictorial structures demonstrate a true love and empathy for his subject matter – be it cool, descriptive interiors, still life, portrait or landscape. His distinctive style pushes the limits of lens-based photography without the need for digital manipulation. He runs his own darkrooms in Cambridge (UK) where he hand prints his colour photography. His work has been exhibited in Museums and Public Galleries around England, and he has participated in Art Fairs around the world, and his work is now part of many international collections.
