'The Misfits' Oversize Limited Edition silver gelatin print
A gorgeously candid portrait of the first rebel of Hollywood and greatly respected young son of method acting - before James Dean and before Marlon Brando - the troubled and extremely naturalistic actor, Montgomery Clift - whilst onset of one of his last notable performances alongside icon Marilyn Monroe (and Hollywood Legend Clark Gable) in The Misfits.
Monroe depicted in a playful mood here next to Clift - who was quoted as once saying of Marilyn that she was the only person he knew who was more troubled than himself.
