ABOUT THIS PIECE:
In this series of photos, you see a photo in which amidst the frenzy of the city, above the glittering pools of water, a neon sign on the bagel cart flashes a "Nice Day" sign. In this listing, "No" is spray painted on a wall, its pretty pearls signifying a firm NO, albeit said prettily.
