About the artist :
Antoinette Frissell Bacon (March 10, 1907 – April 17, 1988), known as Toni Frissell, was a contemporary of Slim Aarons and often confused with his works - she was an American female photographer, known for her fashion photography, World War II photographs, and portraits of famous Americans, Europeans, children, and women from all walks of life.

Alain Le Garsmeur was born in France in 1943 and after assisting the likes of Helmut Newton, Guy Bourdin and Donald Silverstein became a prolific editorial documentary photographer for publications which included Fiagaro Magazine, The Independent, Newsweek and the The Observer as well as The Sunday Times.
