"Photography is for me a moment of poetry that I capture to stop time and he photographic act is that moment when everything stops when the gaze freezes selects and tears off this fragment of reality, to reveal and eternate it" - Dalel Tangour
The artist Dalel Tangour is one of the first female photographers in Tunisia, a committed artist. Observer of the world, attentive to the Other, her lens captures the outside world where the artist steps back to better reveal the motif photographed. His photographs, in color and in black and white, that they work in series, show a bold framing, a delicate rendering, the capture of moments suspended in an indefinite time.
This artistic approach leaves the viewer great freedom of interpretation by plunging into the image as he pleases. A university teacher, she has shared her passion for several years with her students in Tunisia, Algeria and France.
She participated in several collective exhibitions such as the meetings of contemporary African artists at the MAC of BAMAKO (2008) at the Mittelmeer Biennale in Cologne (Germany), at the Museum of Modern Art in Algiers (Algeria), at the Mamia Bretesche Gallery as part of the Month of Photography in Paris (France 2014) and at the traveling exhibition MED'in PEACE (2016/2017) and at the SWAB Barcelona event as part of the Focus Maghreb (2016). 2018 I M In Paris "an open eye on the Arab world". - Veronica Botticelli, Italian Artist , "Io sono qui" 2019 Mixed media on paperBy Veronica BotticelliLocated in Paris, FR"Io sono qui" 2019, Technic mix on paper Signed on the back Not framed In 2018 Veronica Botticelli is one of the 222 emerging artists worth investing in. She was selected by the most prestigious curators, critics, journalists and art galleries Veronica Botticelli seems to have frozen the image and now she presents it on structured backgrounds of large fields of color, on which she intervenes by applying paper that then becomes one with the canvas. Whatever the medium, sheet, canvas, ministerial envelopes, the works of Veronica are in the form of palimpsest, they are made of accumulations, erasures, presence, absence and speak with force of painting and painting. a resolutely contemporary painting. She has chosen this object precisely because of its strong poetic message, making it the custodian of memories, both personal and collective, in which we mix the nostalgic thoughts we have as we gaze at a work that suggests to us the enchantment of a lost past. Veronica Botticelli currently lives and works in Paris. Graduated at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Rome.
