This piece is an original photograph in sepia tone from the original negative, shot by George Hurrell in 1932 and printed by Hurrell circa 1977. This is a rare photograph as it is one of no more than three in existence.
It depicts American film and television actress, Joan Crawford, in promotion of her 1932 film "Letty Lynton". In 1999, the American Film Institute ranked Crawford tenth on its list of the greatest female stars of Classic Hollywood Cinema. This piece is hand signed and measures 19.75 x 15.75 inches. The image measures 14 x 11 inches.
