About the Item
ABOUT THIS ARTIST: Ana Popescu is a French visual artist born in Romania. Her work has a modern charm, celebrating interior and exterior spaces with color and hand painted gestures reminiscent of David Hockney. She combines simple forms, light, and shadow to create a new distorted perspective. Ana studied printmaking and drawing at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria receiving her Masters in Fine Arts in 2013. She has exhibited widely in cities including New York, Tokyo, Shanghai, Ljubljana, Bergen, London, and Vienna. Her clients include Architectural Digest, Canal+, Google, Frieze NY, M le Monde, Soho House, Rimowa, Tylko, and Zeit Magazin.
ADDITIONAL SIZES AND FRAMING: Additional sizes are available. Please inquire for more information on larger sizes. We offer fully archival professional framing for all prints for an additional cost. Framing is available in white, black or natural wood and prints can be framed either with or without a mat board. We also offer face mounting to plexiglas. Please inquire for pricing and more details on our framing.
PACKAGING: 30x40" and 40x60" prints are shipped in a special fortified tube to guard against bending or damage. Framed 30x40" prints are shipped via FedEx in a bespoke cardboard box with a fitted interior armature for the frame. We do not frame the extra large, 40x60" print sizes because they are too large to ship without risking damage.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship unframed prints internationally via DHL. The international shipping cost does not include the tax & duties, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, because of the high shipping cost we do not ship framed prints internationally at this time.

- LOOK UP FireweedLocated in New York, NYABOUT THIS ARTIST: Project: "Look Up" In 2019, ArtStar proposed to ET Projects an opportunity to create fine art, limited edition prints which would capture the memory of our events. We are excited by the prospect of printed imagery keeping alive the joy, camaraderie, and hope experienced under our umbrellas. ET Projects, a 501(c)3, was created in 2018 with the vision to bring communities together through the magic of art and nature. Shoreline Project was the first large scale immersive art experience launched in partnership with the Laguna Art Museum, in Laguna Beach, CA. The second venue was to be Vientienne, Laos, along the edge of the Mekong. Postponed by Covid-19, ET Projects reinvented and in 2020 and launched Project: “Look Up” in partnership with Mt. San Antonio Gardens. The images are of bold, resilient plants, each with a unique story of nature overcoming adversity. Spearheaded by Elizabeth Turk, an artist known primarily as a sculptor of marble, she expanded her portfolio to include public art experiences through ET Projects. A native to Southern California, she is a MacArthur Fellow, an Annalee & Barnett Newman Foundation and Joan Mitchell recipient. Her work has been represented by Hirschl and Adler...Category

- Burnt Place Twilight's Path Forest by Night Fine Art PrintLocated in London, GB"Burnt Place" - After the fire swept through, the forest was left scorched and barren. The ground is still warm and the unstirring air is thick with the scent of charred wood. Scorched, lifeless pines stand solemn and mournful in the shadows of the Burnt Place. About the Twilight's Path project: "We spend our lives surrounded by the security of possessions, relationships and roles, but our futures hold nothing so substantial; one day we must all enter into true not- knowing - into a dark, unconscious place."
