Midelt was created with kiln casted glass and casted aluminum. The glass was sculpted with the heat of the kiln to create shape and dimensional subtle textures. The casted aluminum is polished and finished post casting to create balance in the piece. Midelt is a collaborative piece created by Jennifer Baker, glass artist and David Marshall, metal sculptor.
