Black Labrador Retriever hand cast and hand painted mounted on a wood base

2016

About the Item

The Black Labrador Retriever, one of the most beloved dogs in the world, was made and hand cast and hand painted from the foundry that cast all of the jockeys for the 21 Club in NYC. We have used these for trophys, keepsakes and the object you love to have on your desk. They were originally cast for bottle openers, and the under part of the dog had a bottle opener feature. We found people were buying them as hood ornaments for their cars, and then we had demand to mount them so people could have one on their cocktail table or desk. Classic item, never breaks, perfect gift for the Lab Lover... Enjoy Lynda Anderson Galleries
