Set of ten American art deco mahogany dining chairs with streamline curved arms designed in 1938/1939 by Archibald Taylor A.I.D. for the Nob Hill residence of Mr. and Mrs. Robert H. Scanlon, San Francisco. The eleven room modernist apartment, designed by Taylor, was featured in Architectural Digest Volume XII Issue 4, 1950 (see images). Arm height/table clearance 27 inches.
