This refined antique brooch features an openwork design of scrolls, fleurdelys and arabesques, all set with rose-cut and antique-cut diamonds. In the center, a degree-cut aquamarine is set in a closed millegrain setting. The entire decoration is also bordered with millegrain, adding a delicate touch to this antique jewel. The clasp is a pin with safety pump.
