George Nilsson Shelves and Wall Cabinets
George Nilsson was Danish and worked for Georg Jensen Company. In 1925, he left to design for Gero. Gero was founded in 1912 as Gerofabriek in Zeist, Holland. In the 1920s, Gero began hiring renowned artists to design their collection, including Chris van der Hoef, A.D. Copier and Nilsson. Nilsson worked primarily at the Danish branch of Gero, which made pieces for the domestic Danish market.
