Pixel Heart (3/35) Figurative Sculpture with Three-Dimensional Glossy Red Heart
By Nayla Saroufim
Located in Los Angeles, CA
Nayla Saroufim creates glossy balloon sculptures for display on a table or hanging on a wall or ceiling that challenge the traditional notion of the passive viewer. Saroufim's art is a rich mix of media. She was always captivated by the dialogue between painting, illustration, and graphics. Her work embodies her attraction to colors and interest in all forms of expression, especially installations. Her technique is unique and personalized: a fusion of mixed media and installations in layers of steel, copper, paint, and other elements. Saroufim strives to make her positivity and love of happiness appear in her art, sparking emotion and thoughts in viewers. This sculpture measures 17 inches high and 7 inches wide. It sits on a steel base which is 9 inches at its widest point. It is signed and numbered underneath the base. This sculpture is numbered 3 out of 35. This sculpture can be displayed easily on any flat surface and may be viewed from any vantage point. Free local Los Angeles delivery. Affordable Continental U.S. and International shipping are available. A certificate of authenticity issued by the art gallery is included. Nayla Saroufim was born in Beirut, Lebanon in 1982. She graduated from the Académie Lebanese des Beaux-Arts with a degree in Illustration and Art Direction. While working in the publicity field at several multinational advertising agencies, Saroufim began rekindling her interest in art. Creative, a dreamer, and a lover of color and beauty, Saroufim has been engaging in a creative expression of her personality through art for over a decade. She hopes that by looking at her art, people will realize that there is beauty and happiness in the simplest things. Nayla Saroufim’s work has graced the walls of solo exhibitions including a show in London in December 2015 and one in Beirut in October 2013. Her work has been exhibited at the Beirut Art Fair, in Singapore, and at Asia Contemporary Art. Artspace Warehouse Los Angeles has exhibited her sculptural artworks since 2020. Venus (Aphrodite)
Located in West Palm Beach, FL
My artwork has consisted of and has evolved into many forms throughout the years while always being influenced by the culture of South Florida. To portray my inspirations into my artform, my art pieces always consist of acrylic paints, vibrant colors, textured clay surfaces, uniquely shaped canvases, and decorative stone embellishments and accents. I have painted within many genres of subject matter, use a multitude of mediums, and am inspired by an array of subject matter. My experiences, inspirations, and artistic details are what enhance and add dimension to my artwork in the forms of murals, painted canvases, artistic furniture and home décor, and 3D art forms. I have developed my artwork into collections over the years that I always aspire to further enhance and creatively grow from. What makes my artwork unique creations is the attention paid to hand-crafted and clay designed accents I use to add layers of texture to my pieces. Medium of mirrors, stones, tiles, decorative cutouts, metallic foils, and other design elements make each piece unique and one of a kind. As well, use of resin helps to solidify and finish off the surfaces of most of my pieces. I love to use art...

The Keep
Located in Nashville, TN
Artist Nathaniel Covington constructs bold, colorfully sculpted papier-mâché monster masks and large, pop art creature paintings. His art pieces have simple lines, set against solid color backgrounds. For Nathaniel, the process starts with rough sketches on paper, wood, skateboards - just about anything he can draw on, allowing him the vision to finalize his art. The making of masks started about 3 years ago and he fell in love with the process. It’s an opportunity to bring to life all the “Creatures” and wildly funny things living in my head. He says, "I’d like the art pieces that I make to evoke some sort of emotion when they are seen.” He’s predominately influenced by 1969’s-1980’s “Creature Feature Films”, horror soundtracks, Sci-Fi magazines, plus a dash of Ed Roth.
