Erwin Pfrang, German (b. 1951) Graphite, Colored Pencil on paper Framed 20.5/8 X 16.5/8 sheet 6 X 7.75 Erwin Pfrang (born 1951, in Munich) is a German painter and printmaker. Pfrang studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich from 1974–79. Later he spent many years as an independent artist in Montepulciano, Val d’Orcia and Catania, Italy, interrupted by stays in Munich and Augsburg. He presently lives and works in Berlin. Erwin Pfrang is the grandson of the Munich folk comedian Konstantin Pfrang. Carla Schulz-Hoffmann makes an attempt at characterising the painter: “An artist such as Erwin Pfrang inhabits an alternative world, a tiny microcosm of subjectivity, and lives that life uncompromisingly, with all the limitations and hardships that it entails. Among twentieth-century artists a comparable stance can be encountered perhaps in Jean Fautrier, but certainly in Otto Wols. His oeuvre relates in its figuration to Bosch or James Ensor and his oil painting to Lucian Freud in its painterly quality. This is a tufted pile wool tapestry not a flat weave like an Aubusson. Perfect for a Memphis Milano 80's interior. Gun Gordillo was born in Lund, Sweden. Contemporary Scandinavian Artist. Her fluency with the material, which comes so natural to Gun Gordillo, makes her works unusually suited to function in many different context in a public milieu. Dolerite, lead, copper, and zinc plate in combination with contemporary fragile art materials such as glass, plexiglass and, above all, neon light makes her works stand out among those which have been created with light as the basic architecture of their artistic expression. There is a decidedly personal angle to her way of dealing with neon light which gives it a poetic dimension in marked contrast to the harsh stridency of advertising signs. Gordillo's work has been shown at several major solo exhibitions, most recently in 2015 at the famous French galerie denise rené, Paris. She has worked with the legendary gallerist Denise Rene for more then 30 years. She has also participated many group exhibitions including "The spirit of white" at Galerie Beyeler, Basel in 2004 and most recently "Néon, who's afraid of red, yellow and blue?" at la Maison Rouge, Paris in 2012. She has also been invited to create several major installations at world famous companies and public sites in cities like Basel, Paris, Copenhagen and Stockholm. Gordillo today lives and work in Copenhagen, Denmark after spending many years living and working in Paris, France. Her work straddles the lines of design and sculpture with her Neon and Fluorescent Light installations reminiscent of the California Light & Space artists such as Larry Bell, Robert Irwin, Bruce Nauman, James Turrell as well as Dan Flavin. LARRY HOROWITZ (American b. 1956) "Purple Mountains," 1988, pastel on paper Hand signed and dated L/R, "Horowitz '88," Dimensions sight 19 1/2" x 23", framed, 26 1/2" x 30 1/2". Larry Horowitz is an American landscape painter. He was born in 1956 in New York City and graduated from SUNY Purchase and immediately won the prestigious and coveted position as apprentice to Wolf Kahn. Horowitz's work captures the beauty of the American landscape with expert use of texture and color that invites imagination and discovery. Although he paints en plein air, he has a firm grounding in abstract expressionism through his education with former students from the Bauhaus and Hans Hofmann school. He has combined both points of view to develop his unique language. His work follows in the tradition of great Modernist American landscape painters Arthur Dove, Georgia O'Keefe and Charles Burchfield but with a more modern, Fauvist color palette. Juan Suarez (Spanish, b. 1946) Naturaleza Muerta, Mixed media painting on three assembled canvases, (triptych) It is either oil or acrylic paint. it seems like oil to me. Born in Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz). Studies at the ETSA and at the Superior School of Fine Arts of Santa Isabel of Hungary in Seville. Grant from the Juan March Foundation in 1976. Advanced studies in Architecture and Fine Arts, University of Seville. Although he was not born in Seville, Juan Suárez is a member of the group of painters from the city who, in the seventies, linked their artistic practice, based fundamentally on painting, to international tendencies. Rather than a set of intellectual ideas, José Ramón Sierra, Gerardo Delgado and Juan Suárez shared a life experience: they were all students at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura in Seville and were all interested in art. Juan Suárez also studied at the Fine Arts Faculty. He held his first individual exhibition at Galería Juana de Aizpuru in 1970. (They were an important contemporary art gallery in Seville spain and showed Wolfgang Tillmans, Georg Dokoupil, Jordi Colomer, Albert Oehlen, Eduardo Chillida and Andres Serrano). In 1982 his work was shown in Diez Pintores Sevillanos, together with Manuel Salinas (1940) and Ignacio Tovar (1947), among others. At various points his worked has been shaped by American Abstract Expressionist painting, Latin American Geometric Abstraction and by Constructivist painting and sculpture. In 1976 he received a grant from Fundación March, and in 1980 another from CINFE at the Ministry of Culture. He was awarded the Drawing Prizes at the Nuremberg Biennial (1979) and ARTEDER 82, the Premio de Pintura from the Diputación Provincial de Sevilla, also in 1982, and the Premio de los Festivales de Navarra in 1985. The Geometric spirit that is ever-present in his work and his perpetual curiosity lead him to incorporate materials from a very wide range of sources; composing some pieces with superimposed planes where abstraction is a key actor. His background in architectural practice and his constant demand for excellence profoundly shape his work. In his work, the influences of Barnett Newman, Jules Olitski, Kenneth Noland and, especially, Richard Diebenkorn can be appreciated. However, Juan Suárez moves away, at the same time, from the uniform vibration of color fields and the structural rigidity of closed compositions, alternating both concepts, from an emotional and poetic perspective. The density of the color dialogues with drippings and suggestive liquidiscent stains,while reserves and sharp lines make up and hold the pictorial structure.He writes in different magazines and specialized books on art and architecture. Wang Ming "Enter the World of Infinity" Acrylic paint on Japon paper mounted on canvas Dimensions: H: 39 inches: W: 25 inches WANG MING WANG Artist Ming Wang, born November 4, 1921, died peacefully on Sunday, June 26, 2016 in Bethesda. Ming Wang was born in Tianjin, China and was a pilot in Chinese Nationalist Air Force during WWII. Artist Wang Ming's journey began in the 1940s. As he worked as an air traffic controller in Taiwan, he became interested in the beauty of the sky. He was a young man then, having fled from Japanese-occupied China in 1939 at age 18. He came to the US for further military training where he met his first wife, the late Suen Chin. In 1949, Wang went Taiwan to escape the Communist takeover of China. He rejoined his wife and young son in Washington DC in 1951. To support a growing family, Wang founded the National Art and Frame shop in Washington DC. He studied art independently and developed his unique artistic style melding modern art with traditional Chinese calligraphy. His paintings, done with a mixture of inks and acrylics on fine paper, are a happy marriage of traditional Chinese disciplines with Western art as it has been handled by Joan Miro and Paul Klee. His works are minimalist and abstract, marked with good design and extremely sensitive use of color. The influence of 1950s American art and abstract expressionism is also clear in his work, and he exhibited with such Washington Color School luminaries as Kenneth Noland and Gene Davis in the 1960s. He later taught calligraphy at George Washington University. Years before the Hubble Telescope began broadcasting images of rainbow clouds and blood red stars, Ming used art to convey what he imagined space to be. His work captured the attention of James Dean, the National Air and Space Museum's first art collector, who purchased two of his pieces. The Spanish artist’s extensive oeuvre not only includes watercolors, drawings and sculptures but also tapestries; here a fine example from the limited edition ‘The Twelve Tribes of Israel’ The tapestry was created after an etching by Salvador Dalí from 1973 with the title ‘The Tribe of Judah’, which the artist created as part of a suite to mark the 25th anniversary of the State of Israel, and in which he represented the twelve tribes of Israel. This vintage French tapestry is an impeccable textile re-creation of a rare Dali etching. This is a flat weave Aubusson style tapisserie. The edition size was 500. The tapestry is inscribed with woven ‘Salvador Dalí’ lower right Genre: Surrealism Subject: people, architecture rendering Medium: textile Salvador Dali (Spanish, 1904-1989) Salvador Dali is considered as the greatest original artist of the surrealist art movement and one of the greatest masters of art of the twentieth century. Dali began to study art at the Royal Academy of Art in Madrid. He was expelled twice and never took the final examinations. His opinion was that he was more qualified than those who should have examined him. In 1928 Dali went to Paris where he met the Spanish painters Pablo Picasso and Joan Miro. He established himself as the principal figure of a group of surrealist artists grouped around Andre Breton, who was something like the theoretical "schoolmaster" of surrealism. Years later Breton turned away from Dali accusing him of support of fascism, excessive self-presentation and financial greediness. By 1929 Dali had found his personal style that should make him famous - the world of the unconscious that is recalled during our dreams. Rafael Salazar (Cuban- American photographer) was born in Cuba in 1945 and has been a South Florida resident since 1965. He has photographed the development of the City of Miami as well as Miami’s budding art scene over the years. He is primarily known for his panoramic photographs and photo assemblage montages which have both a documentary quality to them but are full of enchantment and depth. Of great importance to him is the preservation on film of art works, especially those of a transitory nature, this has led him to photograph two of Christo and Jeanne-Claude projects; Miami’s Surrounded Islands and the Pont Neuf in Paris. He has also documented the works of Fernando García, Ed Ruscha, and Philip Johnson. His work draws inspiration from his love of the cosmos, spirituality, architecture, Eastern philosophy, and nature. He has been exhibiting his fine art both nationally and internationally for many years. Salazar’s images have earned him a reputation as an innovative and sensitive artist. He has close ties with the Miami-Dade Public Library System and photographed much of the development of Main Library as well as the early exhibitions and events held there. He photographed the library’s Artmobile, painted by New York Realist artist Lowell Nesbitt, an art gallery on wheels decorated with zebra patterns and native flowers that was in service from 1976 until 1992. He also documented the Grand Opening Celebration of the Metro-Dade Cultural Center held in 1986. Since its 1970 start, the Permanent Art Collection has been recognized nationally as a fearless reflection of Miami’s diversity, and an invaluable chronicle of its artistic and social history. Vintage French Travel Poster, Air france Roger Bezombes (1913-1994) French Bezombes was a painter, sculptor, medalist, and designer. He studied in Paris, at the École des Beaux-Arts, and was much influenced by his friendship with Maurice Denis. Heavily influenced by surrealism, He worked principally as a painter, adopting the saturated Fauvist colors of Henri Matisse in landscapes and figure studies often based on observation of “exotic” cultures, notably Mediterranean and North African. Constrained, because a very young orphan, to all kinds of professions which provide him with the material means to devote himself to painting - he participated in 1930 in the installation of the exhibition of the Bauhaus at the Grand Palais-, Roger Bezombes is student of the National School of Fine Arts in Paris. (Ecole des Beaux Artes) He was trained in the art of fresco by Paul Baudoüin, René Barotte nonetheless restores that the young man's preference goes to the practice of "truancy" which he uses to make copies at the Louvre Museum. It’s the time when Paul Gauguin’s paintings, Vincent Van Gogh and Henri Matisse are revealed to him by Maurice Denis with whom he will remain close until his accidental death, painting him on his funeral bed on November 14, 1943. He executed surrealist tapestry designs for Aubusson and Gobelin tapestries, posters (winning the Grand Prix de l'Affiche Francaise in 1984), costumes and sets for ballets at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York, reliefs and murals. In 1965 he took up medal-making, expressing in his numerous metallic works for the Paris Mint that obsession with found objects which is also evident in his large-scale sculpture and in his posters. He designed posters for Air France and for the French national railways. Roger Bezombes went to Africa for the first time in 1936 thanks to a travel grant and received the same year the second grand prize of Rome . In 1937 he traveled around Morocco where he became friends with Albert Camus. The year 1938 offered him both his first solo exhibition at the Charpentier gallery in Paris with paintings and gouaches on the theme of Morocco and the attribution of the national grand prize for the arts, earning him a great journey which , from Dakar to Algiers , takes it through Chad , Tamanrasset and Hoggar. Roger Bezombes became a professor at the Julian Academy in 1950. For him, 1951 was the year of a trip to Greece and the year where he began his relationship with tapestry work. Roger Bezombes visited Israel in 1953, Tunisia and Egypt in 1954. He was appointed official painter of the Navy in 1955. Donald Jay Saff (born 12 December 1937) is an artist, art historian, educator, and lecturer, specializing in the fields of contemporary art in addition to American and English horology. Saff was born in Brooklyn, New York. Donald Saff began his undergraduate degree at Queens College, City University of New York, in 1955, initially envisioning a career as an electrical engineer. However, the following year Saff changed his major to art and learned printmaking, to graduate with a B.A. in 1959 and a M.A. in art history from Columbia University in 1960. In the years following, Saff was awarded a M.F.A. from Pratt Institute in 1962 and an Ed.D. in studio art and art history from Columbia University in 1964. In his early career, Saff studied with Robert Goldwater, Robert Branner, Louis Hechenbleikner, and Meyer Schapiro. Saff is primarily known for his work and collaboration with the leading artists of the late-twentieth century, including Robert Rauschenberg, Jim Dine, Roy Lichtenstein, James Rosenquist, Nancy Graves, Philip Pearlstein, and James Turrell. Saff's prolific career is the subject of Marilyn S. Kushner's book, Donald Saff: Art in Collaboration (2010). Saff began his teaching career at Queens College as a lecturer in Art History, Design, and Drawing, from 1961 to 1964. He was appointed the Director of Capital Projects of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation, New York, in 2001, followed by the appointment of Senior Curator of Prints and Drawings in 2002. In 1968, Saff founded Graphicstudio at U.S.F. through funding by a seed grant from the Florida Arts Council and community supporters; the following year, Philip Pearlstein was the first artist invited to Graphicstudio to collaborate with Saff and his team. Her unique cast bronze sculptures, to which she occasionally adds copper and wood, are rooted in physiological phenomena, appearing by turns archeological and anatomical. Kis was born in Uruguay to a Romanian Jewish family and moved to Brazil where he was well known for his painting and sculpture. His formica paintings were an extremely laborious process and the media has not been used by other artists other than that of his daughter Anita, under Kis's supervision. Known as a painter, watercolorist and graphic artist Carlos Kis artworks show the surreal, modern and expressionist aspects of his inexhaustible talent and imagination. Inspired by Surrealism he developed Sinapsism. Kis studied at the Faculty of Architecture of the Universidad de la República (UdelaR) and at the Instituto de Profesores Artigas. For three years he ran the art gallery Opus in Brasília , then was director of a fashion magazine, worked as an interior designer and in the design department of an automotive company. Initially painting on canvas, he refrained from doing this during a five-year stay in New York in the 1970s and increasingly turned to works of art made from the artificial material Formica than baked into an enamel at high temperature. Before moving to Los Angeles in 1965, Orr was a civil rights worker in Mississippi. A key figure of the Light and Space movement, Orr developed alongside Southern California conceptual art and created perceptual-based installations commonly associated with Light and Space art. Orr's work spanned a variety of artistic practices (including installation art, sculpture, painting, and performance art that challenged the definition of art making. Orr's work incorporated a broad range of cultural references, including space icons found in ancient religions and cultures, Egyptian symbolism, and Buddhist spiritualism. Orr participated in a number of international exhibitions during his life, including documenta VII (1982), the Sydney Biennale (1986), and the Venice Biennale (1986). His work can be found in many public and private collections, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art; the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York; the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art; and the Centre Pompidou, Paris; Orr died in Venice, California, in 1998." Donald Jay Saff (born 12 December 1937) is an artist, art historian, educator, and lecturer, specializing in the fields of contemporary art in addition to American and English horology. Saff was born in Brooklyn, New York. Donald Saff began his undergraduate degree at Queens College, City University of New York, in 1955, initially envisioning a career as an electrical engineer. However, the following year Saff changed his major to art and learned printmaking, to graduate with a B.A. in 1959 and a M.A. in art history from Columbia University in 1960. In the years following, Saff was awarded a M.F.A. from Pratt Institute in 1962 and an Ed.D. in studio art and art history from Columbia University in 1964. In his early career, Saff studied with Robert Goldwater, Robert Branner, Louis Hechenbleikner, and Meyer Schapiro. Saff is primarily known for his work and collaboration with the leading artists of the late-twentieth century, including Robert Rauschenberg, Jim Dine, Roy Lichtenstein, James Rosenquist, Nancy Graves, Philip Pearlstein, and James Turrell. In 1965, Saff was appointed as an associate professor in the visual arts department of the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and became professor and chairman of the visual arts department two years later. In 1971, Saff became the founding dean of the College of Fine Arts at U.S.F., and was awarded the rank of distinguished professor at the university in 1982. Saff was later named dean emeritus by USF in 1989, and distinguished professor emeritus in 1996. In 1999, Saff was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Fine Arts at U.S.F. He was appointed the Director of Capital Projects of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation, New York, in 2001, followed by the appointment of Senior Curator of Prints and Drawings in 2002. In 1968, Saff founded Graphicstudio at U.S.F. through funding by a seed grant from the Florida Arts Council and community supporters; the following year, Philip Pearlstein was the first artist invited to Graphicstudio to collaborate with Saff and his team. Saff became Founding Dean of the College of Fine Arts at U.S.F. in 1971. Under Saff's directorship, Graphicstudio collaborated with artists such as James Rosenquist, Robert Rauschenberg, Richard Anuszkiewicz, Shusaku Arakawa, Jim Dine, Lee Friedlander, Nancy Graves, Ed Ruscha, and Roy Lichtenstein. The collection of Graphicstudio is archived in the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. Graphicstudio was founded by Dr. Donald Saff as part of the renaissance in American printmaking in the 1960s, in the company of studios such as ULAE, Tamarind, and Gemini GEL. This renaissance brought artists involved in the Pop art movement, such as Robert Rauschenberg, James Rosenquist, and Jim Dine, together with a growing number of trained printmakers from around the world. After Saff retired from U.S.F., he continued to collaborate with these artists, as well as James Turrell, at Saff Tech Arts in Oxford, Maryland, which was established in 1991. While Saff and Rauschenberg were traveling in China, Rauschenberg conceived of the Rauschenberg Overseas Culture Interchange (ROCI) in 1982, which began in 1984 with Saff as the artistic director. Saff travelled to over twenty countries and met with poets and writers in order to decide which were the most appropriate venues for the show and prepare for Rauschenberg's visit and exhibition. In recent years, Saff has continued to lecture and write on art and the history and mechanics of nineteenth-century clocks; in particular, the work of Charles Fasoldt, in addition to the development of time distribution from the Harvard College Observatory, and the horological innovations of Richard F. Bond. He has lectured on Fasoldt for the Antiquarian Horological Association in Cincinnati, OH (2001), the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors in Pittsburgh, PA, and Anheim, CA (2003), and at the 26th Annual Ward Francillon Time Symposium in Houston, TX (2004), among other venues. In 1968, Saff founded Graphicstudio at U.S.F. through funding by a seed grant from the Florida Arts Council and community supporters; the following year, Philip Pearlstein was the first artist invited to Graphicstudio to collaborate with Saff and his team. Saff became Founding Dean of the College of Fine Arts at U.S.F. in 1971. Under Saff's directorship, Graphicstudio collaborated with artists such as James Rosenquist, Robert Rauschenberg, Richard Anuszkiewicz, Shusaku Arakawa, Jim Dine, Lee Friedlander, Nancy Graves, Ed Ruscha, and Roy Lichtenstein. In recent years, Saff has continued to lecture and write on art and the history and mechanics of nineteenth-century clocks; in particular, the work of Charles Fasoldt, in addition to the development of time distribution from the Harvard College Observatory, and the horological innovations of Richard F. Bond. He has lectured on Fasoldt for the Antiquarian Horological Association in Cincinnati, OH (2001), the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors in Pittsburgh, PA, and Anheim, CA (2003), and at the 26th Annual Ward Francillon Time Symposium in Houston, TX (2004), among other venues. Saff was born in Brooklyn, New York. Donald Saff began his undergraduate degree at Queens College, City University of New York, in 1955, initially envisioning a career as an electrical engineer. However, the following year Saff changed his major to art and learned printmaking, to graduate with a B.A. in 1959 and a M.A. in art history from Columbia University in 1960. In the years following, Saff was awarded a M.F.A. from Pratt Institute in 1962 and an Ed.D. in studio art and art history from Columbia University in 1964. In his early career, Saff studied with Robert Goldwater, Robert Branner, Louis Hechenbleikner, and Meyer Schapiro. Saff is primarily known for his work and collaboration with the leading artists of the late-twentieth century, including Robert Rauschenberg, Jim Dine, Roy Lichtenstein, James Rosenquist, Nancy Graves, Philip Pearlstein, and James Turrell. Henriette Wyeth Hurd (1907 – 1997) was an American artist noted for her portraits and still life paintings. The eldest daughter of illustrator N.C. Wyeth, she studied painting with her father and brother Andrew Wyeth at their home and studio in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. Henrietta Wyeth was born in Wilmington, Delaware, into an artistic family. Wyeth was the eldest of the five children of noted illustrator N.C. Wyeth and his wife Carolyn Bockius. Her siblings Carolyn and Andrew also became artists, and all three studied with their father. Andrew Wyeth became the most well-known artist of this family. Henriette contracted polio at age 3, which altered her health and use of her right hand. As a result, she learned to draw with her left hand and paint with her right. She grew up on the family farm in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, and attended local Quaker schools. She and her siblings were eventually homeschooled because their father distrusted the public school system. She began formal art lessons with her father at age 11, making charcoal studies and geometric shapes. A child prodigy, at age 13 Wyeth was enrolled in the Normal Arts School in Boston, Massachusetts. The next year, in 1921, she entered the Boston Museum of Art Academy. Two years later she moved to Philadelphia to study painting at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. By age 16, she was well known as a portraitist and received commissions for paintings of Wilmington residents. Deeply influenced by her father's unique realistic style, she rejected early 20th-century painting styles such as Impressionism and Cubism. She was also socially and politically conservative. As a result, later in life she rejected the progressive movements of the 1960s and 1970s, including the women's movement. She often criticized television and modern culture. At age 21, in 1929 Wyeth married artist Peter Hurd, a fellow student at the Pennsylvania Academy and her father's apprentice. The couple had three children together: Peter Jr., Carolyn, and Michael Hurd. In the mid-1930s they moved to San Patricio, New Mexico, settling on a farm of 40 acres. By 1939, they established the Sentinel Ranch there, gradually acquiring more land until they had 2200 acres. It was in southern New Mexico near Roswell, New Mexico, her husband's birthplace. Born in Chicago, (parents of both Mexican and Puerto Rican Latino heritage) Juarez received his B.F.A. at the San Francisco Art Institute (1977) and pursued graduate studies in Television and Film at the University of California, Los Angeles. Juarez frequently employs painterly floral motifs, which are inspired by the traditions of Hispanic, Latin American and non-Western painting. Roberto Juarez has been a significant presence in the art worlds of New York, Miami, Colorado, and beyond since the early 1980s. In 1978, Juarez completed his graduate thesis for UCLA in Paris and decided not to return to L.A. Juarez relocated to New York City, where in 1981, Ellen Stewart offered Juarez a former garage owned by La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club as an artist studio. The space, which had no water or electricity, was offered to Juarez rent-free, provided that he clean and maintain it. He was active in the Neo Expressionist era of the the late 1980's along with Julian Schnabel and David Salle. Throughout the 80s and 90s Juarez painted the branching forms of trees and flowers. While living in Miami in the 90s, Juarez began to incorporate peat moss, rice paper, and other natural materials in his canvases. Since 2000, and his move from Miami back to New York, Juarez's imagery turned more abstract, typically featuring geometric forms and systems. In a review from this period, art critic Grace Glueck noted that his works feature “a contrast between the softness of the grounds – blends of transparent and opaque materials in muted colors – and their strong geometric-organic motifs." In his use of elements of nature to portray an idyllic unity, Juarez looks back to such early-20th-century painters as Franz Marc and Henri Matisse. He has done prints with Shark’s Ink Studios in Lyons and Anderson Ranch Arts Center as well as Tamarind Institute. Roberto Juarez is a visual artist who has been active in the areas of painting, printmaking, drawing, and large-scale public commissions throughout his career. His work has been exhibited throughout the United States and Mexico, and is included in major museum collections such as the Brooklyn Museum, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, El Museo del Barrio, the Denver Art Museum, the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Pérez Art Museum Miami, the Newark Museum, and the Speed Art Museum.
