Artist Adelie Bischoff sits in a chair while William Rushton looks on. The two artists met at an opening reception at the launch of an art exhibition both were participating in. Rushton painted the scene in his classic style, featuring figures and gallery visitors to create this impasto and brilliant oil on canvas with both depth and charm. There is great warmth in Rushton's scenes that capture modern life and set the scene for viewers to create their own interpretations. Thick impasto oil on canvas.
