Antoine Verglas
Elizabeth Hurley - nude portrait of the British model and actress

About the Item

Elizabeth Hurley - nude portrait of the model and actress The artwork is framed high-end with a black hard wood box and white mat. PREISS FINE ARTS is one of the world’s leading galleries for fine art photography representing the most famous contemporary artists. New York city based photographer Antoine Verglas was born in Paris, France. He began his career on the other side of the camera, working as the host on a popular French television show. Verglas then had the idea that would be his entree to the fast paced world of fashion photography. It was then, in 1990 when Verglas moved to New York with his camera and his vision. Pluck and pertinence paid off, with documentary style photo series for French Elle which featured the countries top models. Shooting Stephanie Seymour, Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer and Cindy Crawford at home in very personal portraits just as they were reaching celebrity status was his first big break, and indicative of the style which has become the Verglas signature.
