Large Louis XVI Style Clock Set
About the Item
A very good quality late 19th century French gilded ormolu clock garniture, having a pair of five branch scrolling foliate candelabra either side. The white enameled clock face with and eight day duration movement that strikes on the hour and half hour. Mounted with a classical two handled urn to the top with swags, beveled glass panels, sun burst pendulum and raised on out swept scrolling feet. Measures: 55cm (21.5") high.
