20th Century French Stone Lion with Shield on Pedestal
About the Item
20th century French stone lion holding a shield on a pedestal. A 20th century lion carved from stone holding a crest carved with a lion with wearing a crown. It is a representation of power having exquisite detail while sitting atop a plinth base with an acanthus leaf carving. The mane is flowing and rests upon the shoulders with the paws holding the shield. It can be used as a garden statue or a top a table inside the home or sitting from a corner in the bath to the entry.
