Iridescent Blue Bottle Shaped Art Glass Vase with Peacock Feather Trailing
About the Item
Tall and stylish iridescent blue bottle shaped art glass vase with trailed peacock designs dating from the 20th century. The hand-blown vase is of tall slender shape and is beautifully made in blue tinted glass with a wonderful oily iridescence to the surface. Applied with a trailing peacock feather style design in contrasting golden iridescent glass. The vase has a slightly recessed foot and a snapped pontil to the base and is not marked. From a good collection of Iridescent art glass, including Loetz, Tiffany, WMF etc.
In good condition with light wear commensurate with age and use.
