This rare Piero Fornasetti porcelain plate from the Armature pattern is number one in the series. The black and white lithographically-decorated and hand painted porcelain plate is highlighted in gold and is decorated with a coat of arms. Mark: with Fornasetti, Milano/ Made in Italy & printed ARMATURE over green Arzberg mark. Reference: Fornasetti: The Complete Universe, Barnaba Fornasetti, Page 614, #162 for example.
