Hand Blown Dimple Design Handled Stylish Art Glass Jug
About the Item
An unusual hand blown art glass handled jug with a dimple design body in opaque green glass with blue patterning dating from the 20th century. Probably continental the tall and elegantly shaped jug stands on a rounded foot with a recessed pontil mark with four impressed dimples giving the body a square shaped form with a narrowing neck and wide top rim with a pinched raised pouring spout. The jug has a blue opaque glass handle attached to the neck. The jug is blue in bright green glass with spattered blue patterning around the top and to the lower body. The jug is not marked.
In good condition with light customary wear around the foot rim.
