Murano Alessandro Mandruzzato Faceted Geode Red Glass Bowl or Caviar Bowl

About the Item

This gorgeous large Italian Murano vintage Alessandro Mandruzzato diamond faceted flat cut polished Sommerso geode bowl is great for serving caviar, for serving or just as a great Murano sculptural glass object bowl. It is from the 1970s. The honeycomb pattern reflects the light beautifully. It is like a jewel in color in glass form. The red Sommerso has a hint of yellow at the bottom and even a tinge of light blue at the top. A real beauty and a heavy chunky bowl. There is an original partial sticker on the top that reads artistic crystal Murano made in Italy. It sparkles with light refractions and reflections of rich color. This is a beautiful bowl either for serving or just as is a glass object. This particular Murano geode bowl now is rare to find. It is very special and very fabulous. Great barware as well.
